MBC Global to present at Non-Profit Management Conference

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich, USA (March 24, 2008). Rick Weaver, president of MBC Global, has been invited to speak at
the 3rd Annual Non-Profit Management Conference.

The conference is designed to provide non-profit organizations with important information to help them improve their
operations in eight core areas. These areas include Strategic Planning, Marketing, Staffing/Training, Volunteer
Recruitment, Fund Development, Governance/ Leadership, Technology, and Finance/Accounting.

Weaver will speak about the challenges of having multiple generations of employees, clients, volunteers, and donors.
“Managing Builders, Boomers, Xs, and Ys - without losing your Zs” will show participants how the generations are
motivated and how to connect them to the mission of the organization.

“Connecting on a generational basis is critical to attract and retain employees and volunteers,” says Weaver. “This seminar
shows practical ways to reduce ‘people’ issues so they can focus on their main mission.”

Other speakers include Tim Burns of the Better Business Bureau, Jerry Lindman of Center for Non-Profit Management at
Lawrence Technological University, Mary Kerwin of Boys and Girls Club of Troy, Yodit Mesfin Johnson of Michigan
Women’s Marketplace, Faris Alami of Integrated Systems Management, and many others.
